Rashid Ali White Polo Player Front Action Oil On Canvas 12x16
Rashid Ali White Polo Player Front Action Oil On Canvas is an original oil on canvas artwork measuring 12 x 16 inches by Pakistani artist Rashid Ali. This is a 100% hand-painted original artwork, not a print.
This dynamic 12x16 vertical painting captures a polo player charging directly toward the viewer. The composition features a powerful white horse in full frontal gallop with muscular chest and legs rendered in bold white, black, and grey strokes with vibrant yellow highlights on chest and hooves suggesting dust and energy. The polo rider is in grey and white gear with black boots and yellow-black helmet, holding a long polo mallet raised high behind him, face abstracted in grey and yellow. The background is an expressive abstract blend of light grey, white, soft blue, teal, and touches of orange and yellow with diagonal palette knife strokes creating motion and atmosphere. Rashid Ali's signature monochrome with yellow accent technique uses heavy impasto, gestural lines for reins, and textured layers to evoke speed, power, and competitive intensity. Signed 'Rashid Ali 24' at bottom right.
