We understand that framed art and original paintings are fragile and often deeply personal, which is why every order is packed and shipped with the same care our artists put into creating it. This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed through Expert Framing & Art Gallery.

1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly ship framed artwork, original paintings, and custom commissions across Pakistan, including Karachi and surrounding areas, Lahore and the wider Punjab region, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Multan and South Punjab, and all major cities nationwide. International shipping is also available on request — please contact us to confirm rates and timelines for your destination before placing an order.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Ready-made and in-stock artwork is typically prepared for dispatch within a few business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom framing orders are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece, before being packed for shipment.
  • Commissioned portrait orders follow their own production timeline, communicated at the quotation stage, since these are hand-painted pieces created after your reference and sketch approval.
  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days domestically, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Packaging & Protection

Framed art and original paintings are inherently fragile, so we use specialized, multi-layer protective packaging for every shipment, including corner protection, cushioning materials, and secure outer packaging designed specifically for glass and canvas. This is the same standard of packaging we use whether your order is a single small photo frame or a large statement painting for a lobby or living room.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, so you can follow your piece from our studio to your door.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, the size and weight of your order, and the level of protective packaging required. There are no hidden fees — the amount shown at checkout is what you'll pay.

6. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most of Pakistan for your convenience, allowing you to inspect your order and pay upon arrival. COD availability may vary slightly by location — this will be confirmed at checkout.

7. Delays

While we make every effort to meet our stated timelines, factors outside our control — such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders — may occasionally affect delivery times. We will keep you informed if any significant delay arises with your order.
