By accessing our website, visiting our DHA Phase 5 studio, or placing an order for any artwork, custom framing, or portrait commission, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. 1. About Us

Expert Framing & Art Gallery is a Karachi-based art gallery and custom framing studio located at Shop #2, Plot No 20-C, Stadium 1st Commercial Lane, DHA Phase 5, Karachi, Pakistan. We sell original paintings and quality art prints, and provide custom framing, canvas stretching, box framing, medal framing, and commissioned portrait services to customers across Pakistan and internationally.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product photography, written content, logos, and design elements displayed on this website are the property of Expert Framing & Art Gallery and the individual artists whose work we represent, and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Original paintings and their photographic reproductions
  • Custom portrait commissions created by our artists
  • Website text, layout, and branding

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or resell any content, image, or artwork from this website — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent. Purchasing a physical piece of art or a framed commission grants you ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are accepted subject to product availability and final confirmation from our team.
  • Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces; once sold, they cannot be reproduced identically, though our artists may offer a similar or replica piece on request.
  • Custom framing and commissioned portrait orders are confirmed only after you approve the final specifications (size, materials, frame style, or sketch/mock-up, as applicable).
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is discontinued, pricing was listed in error, or we're unable to fulfil the request as specified — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website and provided in quotations are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly for custom and commissioned work where final cost depends on size, materials, and complexity.
  • For custom framing and portrait commissions, you will receive a written quotation before any work begins, and that quoted price will be honored for the order it was issued for.

5. Custom Framing & Commissioned Work

  • Custom framing orders are generally processed within 5–10 business days from confirmation of design and materials, depending on order complexity.
  • Commissioned portrait orders require a sketch or digital mock-up approval stage before final work begins; production time is communicated at the quotation stage and varies by size and medium.
  • Because custom and commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, please review all specifications carefully before approving production.

6. Use of This Website

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by any third party.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or restrict access to our website or services to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or misuse.
