Cubist Feminine - Color and Geometry 2009
Chitra Pritam Untitled 2009 explores the female form through geometry and color. This original oil painting uses flat planes and broken perspectives to show inner strength. The orange represents energy, purple represents spirituality, and green geometric backdrop suggests structure. Hoop earrings add cultural touch. The face is calm yet powerful - typical of Chitra Pritam's women. 18x18 square format makes it perfect for modern interiors. A departure from his Quranic calligraphy, showing his versatility. \n
