Geometric Cubist Portrait Theme
Chitra Pritam Cubist Woman Portrait explores identity through fragmentation and unity. This original painting breaks the female face into angular planes — suggesting multiple perspectives and inner dimensions. The halo above her head gives her a saint-like, divine quality. Pink eyeshadow and bold lips add feminine power. Hoop earrings ground her in South Asian culture. Background layers in muted earth tones with patches of blue and pink represent emotional landscape. Story of modern Pakistani womanhood — spiritual yet contemporary, traditional yet abstract. Cubist influence meets Eastern aesthetics.
